Here’s what you need:
1 cup milk – nonfat, low fat, non-dairy, your choice.
1 tbsp pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix!) You can find it at your local market, especially this time of year.
A big pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground nutmeg
A pinch of ground ginger
I say a pinch but you decide just how spicy you want your Latte. There’s no wrong way!
Approximately ¾ cup extra strong coffee (or 2 shots of expresso)
Sweeten to taste
Here’s what you do:
Add the milk and pumpkin to a small pot. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, until the mixture begins to simmer. Toss in a scoop of Whim’s Boost Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptide Powder. Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Whisk until it becomes deliciously frothy.
Add your coffee to a large mug, and pour the frothy pumpkin mixture on top.
