The European Union, in the past 2 decades, has banned close to 1400 ingredients and has restricted the ingredient levels of over 250 more.
Whim™® will personally formulate its skincare products based on the regulations set forth but, not just adhere to the FDA’s list of banned ingredients. We’ve added many of our own.
